These terms apply to Our First Goodbye: A Gentle Pet Loss Kit for Kids and Parents and the free guide What to Say When Your Child's Pet Dies, made by Sleep Spell.

What you get

A digital download: PDF files (a parent's guide, a picture book, technique cards, activity pages, a gift card and a note for the giver) and MP3 audio files. Nothing is shipped.

How you can use it

You may print and use the kit for your own family, or give it as a gift to one other family.
Please don't share the files publicly, resell them, or upload them anywhere others can download them.
Teachers, counselors and vets who would like to use the kit with more families: please email us first.

The kit offers general information and gentle support for families. It is not medical, psychological or veterinary advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. If you are worried about your child, please talk to their doctor or a children's counselor.

Payment

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payments, taxes and receipts.

Refunds

If the kit isn't right for your family, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
